I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness, dedicating my life to helping others achieve their optimal health goals. As a certified holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor, and sports nutritionist, I’ve guided countless clients towards transformative results through personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle coaching.

My journey began while working as a head nutritionist at a corporate wellness company. I quickly grew disillusioned with the industry’s emphasis on quick fixes and fad diets. I aspired to help people achieve lasting results through a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

To fulfill this vision, I founded Anushasan. My goal was to provide clients with personalized nutrition plans and lifestyle coaching that would empower them to achieve their health goals and live their best lives. I’ve been fortunate to work with amazing clients who have trusted me to guide them on their health journeys.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the positive impact I can have on my clients’ lives. I’ve helped people lose weight, improve their energy levels, manage chronic diseases, and overcome emotional eating. I’ve also assisted them in developing healthier relationships with food and their bodies. It is important to have a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best. That’s why I’m committed to providing my clients with the highest quality of care. I take the time to understand each client’s individual needs and goals, creating a personalized plan tailored to their specific circumstances.
It helps connect mental health with physical health, emphasizing the importance of addressing both for optimal well-being.

Beyond my work as a holistic nutritionist and lifestyle expert, I’m a passionate advocate for healthy eating and living. I regularly write blog posts and create videos on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle topics. Additionally, I speak at events and workshops about the importance of healthy eating and living.
