It was this yearning that led me to explore the world of beauty, starting with self-taught makeup and hairdressing.
My passion grew, and I began taking classes, honing my skills, and eventually taking the leap to serve clients. My success wasn’t built overnight. For 15 years, I poured my heart into my own salon, “Touch and Tone.” This experience wasn’t just about building a business; it was about defying expectations and proving that women could excel in traditionally male-dominated fields.
My dedication to my craft is evident in my commitment to lifelong learning. I have actively pursued international certifications and honed my managerial skills through roles at renowned salons like Couples Salon and Rich Salon. This dedication to knowledge and growth is a cornerstone of my success.
While my salon journey was fulfilling, a new chapter began when I joined Meghavi Wellness Spa as a Cluster Manager. In this role, I oversee multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional service, sales growth, and a thriving team environment. My secret weapon? I prioritize my team, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. I believe that empowered and happy team members translate to satisfied clients and a flourishing business.
My influence extends far beyond the walls of Meghavi. Recognizing the challenges faced by aspiring beauticians, I have offered free courses, equipping women with the skills they need to build careers. My motivation is simple: to empower others and create a ripple effect of success. My commitment to my daughters’ education reflects this same philosophy. By leading by example, I am showing them the power of dedication and hard work.
